Dr. Lori Ferdock
Dr. Lori Ferdock, VMD

Owner & Medical Director

Dr. Lori Ferdock knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age — her inspiration came from summers spent assisting her uncle, a veterinarian in Lock Haven, PA. One vivid memory: helping remove porcupine quills one by one from a dog under sedation. She was hooked.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ferdock is deeply committed to the human-animal bond and feels honored to help families care for their beloved pets every day. She believes that pets bring out the best in us — and that great veterinary care comes from passionate teamwork and compassion.

“When clients come to us with their sick or injured pets, I do my best to find answers. But I can only do what I do best because we have employees who love their jobs.”

Dr. Stacy Stancu
Dr. Stacy Stancu, DVM

Born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Stacy Stancu moved to the mainland to pursue her veterinary journey. She earned her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and later graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Stancu has a special interest in feline medicine, ophthalmology, and surgery. She is known for her honesty, direct communication, and dedication to client education. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her four cats: Sproot Sprout, Venus, Haywire, and Hazelnut.

Dr. Jill Tobias
Dr. Jill Tobias, VMD

Dr. Jill Tobias’s desire to help animals began in middle school, after watching a film where a soldier’s dog was left behind — a moment that sparked her life-long dedication to animal welfare. She went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, with a passion for education and advocacy.

Dr. Tobias loves first-time puppy and kitten exams and takes pride in guiding pet owners through every stage of their pet’s life. She’s especially passionate about internal medicine and always strives to provide comfort, clear answers, and outstanding care for every patient.

“There’s nothing better than helping a sick animal feel better.”

Z-Groff
Dr. Zachary Groff, DVM

From a young age, Dr. Zachary Groff knew he wanted to become a veterinarian. Inspired by the compassionate care his own pets received growing up, he began shadowing veterinarians at just 14 years old—laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for animal health and wellbeing.

A proud graduate of the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Groff has dedicated his career to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats in small animal general practice. His professional interests include dermatology, oncology, behavior, ultrasound, and feline medicine, and he is committed to continually learning and advancing his skills to better serve his patients and their families.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Groff enjoys home improvement projects, video games, gardening, and staying active through exercise.

Dr. Elizebeth Lopez
Dr. Elizabeth Lopez, VMD

A 2003 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Elizabeth Lopez has a strong background in shelter medicine, large and small animal practice, and spay/neuter surgeries. Her work is driven by a deep concern for animal welfare, especially preventing overpopulation and supporting rescue efforts.

Dr. Lopez excels in soft tissue surgery and brings a warm, practical approach to every case. When not in the clinic, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and quality time with her family and friends.

Dr. Isolde Baylor
Dr. Isolde Baylor, VMD

Known to her colleagues as “IBA,” Dr. Isolde Baylor is a seasoned veterinarian with over 28 years of experience in dentistry, urgent care, and general practice. A 1996 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she’s known across the greater Philadelphia region for her skills in advanced dental procedures, including surgical extractions and digital dental radiography.

Dr. Baylor has a reputation for solving complex medical and dental cases with confidence and clarity. She frequently collaborates with local practices to deliver high-level care and loves building long-term relationships with clients.

In her free time, Dr. Baylor enjoys traveling to visit her two adult children, scrolling Instagram memes, and avoiding cooking in favor of DoorDash and Ikea plants.
