Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required for most services to ensure your pet receives timely and individualized care. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent needs whenever possible. To request an appointment, click here or call us at (484) 783-0087.
What types of pets do you treat?
Our veterinary team primarily cares for dogs and cats. If you have questions about care for other companion animals, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help or provide a referral if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Scratchpay and CareCredit. We’re also happy to work with pet insurance providers. For more details, visit our Payment Options page.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes, we work with all pet insurance providers. You’ll pay for services up front, and your provider will reimburse you directly based on your plan. If you’re unsure how to get started, our team is happy to answer questions about the process.
How do I request my pet’s medical records?
You can request medical records by calling us at (484) 783-0087. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
What if my pet has an emergency?
While we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we do our best to accommodate urgent cases during business hours. If your pet has a medical emergency outside our hours, please contact a nearby emergency veterinary hospital.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
If you’re a new client, we encourage you to complete our New Client Form ahead of time to help streamline your check-in. Please email your pet’s medical records to reception@pattvet.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. On the day of your visit, plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so our team can get to know you and your pet. You can download or submit the form online by visiting our Forms page.
